Public Records Requests

This portal is for the LA Port Police. If you are a victim of a crime/involved party in an incident & require a copy of the report, submit your request here. If you are an Attorney or Employer inquiring on behalf of the victim, you will be required to provide a waiver to obtain the report.

All other request, visit the Harbor Department website to submit your request.

This platform is intended to facilitate public access to public records under California Public Records Act. Official records are held by City departments pursuant to governing records retention schedules.
